At Crystalline Currents - Energy Healing by SJ, we believe that wellness is the key to a happy and healthy life. That's why we started our business, to help people achieve their wellness goals in a way that works for them.

I’m a multi-passionate person, who has many interests.  I'm an Enneagram 7 baby, I can't be anything else but EXTRA. The common denominator is that all of my interests orbit around nature, crystals, plants, animals, holistic health and wellness, Mama Earth, metaphysics, personal and spiritual development, and the interconnectedness of harmonious relationships.

I love teaching ways to improve your life, your relationships, find joy, embody that IT factor, crystal healing, earth medicine, and holistic well-being with simple and easy to implement strategies that you can do every day to live a truly MAGICAL existence! There are no basic "B's" here. We all have innate gifts that are our birth right and my mission is to help you discover yours and live a truly blessed life.

It’s been my experience that once someone gains knowledge and builds confidence around a mystical topic they deeply resonate with, their day-to-day life becomes more inspired, fulfilling,  joyful, and the next step is that they usually feel the urge to start a business or side hustle! Here's the important Stuff About Me:

I'm a wife to an amazingly patient, understanding, hella pretty,  and gentle hubby. He's the Yin to my Yang and when they say opposite attract.....well that is certainly true for our love story. He's an Enneagram 9 and I find joy in getting to learn and grow with him every single day. He's the constant peacemaker in our home that we share with 2 Magical kiddos. I'm a momma to Unicorn Rainbow Princess Enneagram 1 baby girl and a Football Playing Brave Cowboy Enneagram 7 little man. They show me what magic, love, joy, bliss, and true contentment looks and feels like. 

When I'm not hanging out with my family or playing with crystals and plants you can find me in my yard talking to our flock of chickens, 2 pigs, 6 horses, 4 dogs, and herd of cats that cohabitate our little acreage. 

This harmonious existence I have created certainly looks nothing like what I grew up with. I was brought up with an alcoholic abusive father and a beaten down codependent mom who had known nothing but abuse since the time she was born. Abuse was a way of life for both of my parents and divorce was a way of life for my family lines. One of the most amazing things that earth and energy medicine taught me was how to break family patterns, secrecy contracts, and abusive cycles that weren't serving anyone. 

My momma is on her way to finding her own self worth and innate power. She is an inspiration everyday as she has been walking her true calling now for quite sometime. My Dad has broken the physical abuse pattern and hopefully someday will break the addiction cycle. The most powerful discovery for me was that when we start to bring truths to light not all families fall apart.............some come back together. When we find who we truly are and heal the parts of us that are broken we call in other's who will honor and love us as we have chosen to love and honor ourselves. 

My hubby's family patterns weren't any healthier than mine. They were just a different kind of toxic. From traversing a marriage where his momma despised me and tried to separate us at every turn to traversing heartbreak when his father became severely ill and his mom wouldn't allow him to see his dad if I was still in the picture to completely disconnecting from his immediate family. There is so much to this story/tragedy from family smear campaigns to psychotic breaks; truly stuff you would only expect to see on TV. But none of that is the important stuff......What is important is that we always found our way together, we always found safety and comfort in each other......We CHOSE each other. 

Now I'm not going to tell you traversing either of these roads was easy, but had I had the "tools" then that I have now, I promise you we could have made our way through it with grace and ease. I'm a different person than I was then, because of the internal work I have done. I invested in me, my family, and living a life of magic. By the Grace of God, Great Spirit, The Universe I am where I am today living a life filled with love everlasting.

It truly is through our own personal healing that we find our way home and find others to create harmony, love, peace, and joy with. That internal work is what Stronger Together is all about & I am so excited to connect with you and help guide you on this powerful  journey to find who you truly are & live a blessed life full of compassion, grace, joy, and unconditional love.

What is Crystal Healing & What Benefits Could You Experience?

Crystals emit vibrational energy and it is this energy that can be used to help balance the body, mind, and soul or spirit. We each have many vibrational energies, our physical body has thousands of them and this can become unbalanced due to various life stresses. As crystals have a geometrically perfect structure they don't become unbalanced or out of center like we can. They have a much more stable vibration which keeps them balanced and functioning at their optimum. We can work with crystals to entrain our energy with theirs. Just like your computers run on quartz crystals, our bodies and energy centers can receive and entrain with the crystal’s energies resulting in balance being restored to our being. Each specific crystal has its own unique energetic vibration that can be worked with to transform  a very diverse range of conditions.

Conscious recognition of the energy exchange between crystals and your energetic system is not always apparent as it can be very subtle. Some may feel sensations such as tingling, temperature change, weightlessness, or calm as your energy adjusts back into alignment. Each crystal has its own unique signature of energy, for example Citrine may promote feelings of confidence, courage, or success within the body and soul creating a space of emotional well-being of the individual.

Crystal Healing also assists in ensuring that our energy body or aura is cleansed and sealed. What this means is that only your energy is within your auric field and it is sealed from disruption of outside stagnant energies. This assists with preventing energy drain, anxiousness, restlessness, pain, or even physical disease. When our aura is not sealed or our chakras are not in alignment, often our physical or emotional bodies can manifest illness or disease. Crystal therapy works with the energies from crystals to help return us to a balanced state.

Correct placement of crystals on the body will promote emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual harmony. During this state of equilibrium or inner harmony, the body has the optimal conditions to naturally heal itself.

What is a Shamanic Journey?

The shamanic journey provides us with direct and controllable access to the inner workings of our self at the soul level. The images that energy patterns take within the shamanic journey reveal the nature of our self at a soul level. 

 There are three worlds:  Access to the Upper and Lower Worlds in non-ordinary reality is generally undertaken from a known point in ordinary reality. This is a place in nature in ordinary reality where the person making the journey has been and knows well. 

1. Upper World: The departure point for the Upper World is generally through a high place such as the top of a tree, mountain or hill. Many people experience the Upper World as very ethereal. The light tends to be bright, although the spectrum of colors can include everything from soft pastels to complete darkness. The landscapes in the Upper World can be quite varied, and you might find yourself in a crystal city or simply in the clouds. When you are in the Upper World, it is common to feel as if you are standing on something, although you can no longer feel the earth beneath your feet. There will be a transition you pass through that will indicate you have entered the Upper World. For some people it is a cloud layer or a layer of fog. This will be a transition, not a barrier, like in the story of "Jack and the Beanstalk," where he climbs up the beanstalk and has to go through a cloud layer before entering a new world.  When you have passed through this transition, you will arrive at the first level of the Upper World. If you are still seeing planets and stars as you journey upward, you have not yet reached the Upper World. Again, you will know that you are in the Upper World because of the sensation of having passed through a permeable threshold of some kind, after which the landscape will change.
2. Middle World: When you journey in the Middle World, you are in present time, traveling through our physical landscape. Simply see yourself walking out your front door and stepping into your garden, awakening in an Amethyst ring of crystals, or traveling through space very quickly to look for something you have lost or to reach a more distant destination. This is where a lot of remote viewing can occur. You might take a Middle World journey to meet with the plants, trees, and rocks where you live, to learn more about them and come into balance with them. The Middle World is the spiritual dimension of our physical world. Middle World journeying is a method for communicating with the spirits that live in all things present in physical reality. Shamans classically journey to the Middle World to find lost and stolen objects, to commune with nature, or to do long-distance healing work. Deceased Souls that have not crossed are in the Middle World. In the middle world we can assist souls in their transition. In fact, there is a whole area of shamanic training called psychopomp work, which includes methods for helping souls complete their crossing-over process. More commonly we journey to Middle World to  speak to the spirit of a tree, a plant, a river,  the wind, or to meet the fairies, devas, and elves that live in the Middle World.
3. Lower World: The departure point for the Lower World is generally through a cave, a hole in the ground, a hole in a tree, or a body of water. The Lower World is very earthy, forest, deserts, and nature based. Here you would connect in with your Spirit Guides, Spirit Animals, Crystal Spirits, ancestors, passed loved ones. Often times the Lower World is talked about as the Underworld, even though there are negative connotations around that, the Lower World is not something to be feared. This is where we can journey to connect with your Crystals or passed Loved Ones. You can also find parts of yourself that have fragmented either in this life or previous lives. You could visit past lives in the Lower World to seek guidance or learn the lessons that you couldn’t complete in that life-time.
